Delivery Areas

We deliver across all six Kuwait governorates: Capital, Hawalli, Farwaniya, Mubarak Al-Kabeer, Ahmadi, and Jahra. Orders are routed from your nearest branch (Jahra, Shuwaikh, Al-Rai, or Mubarakiya) for the freshest possible bake.

Delivery Times

• Same-day delivery: Orders placed before 6 PM (Sat–Thu) are delivered the same evening within select governorates.
• Next-day delivery: Orders placed after 6 PM or in farther areas are delivered the next day.
• Friday orders: Delivered after 4 PM Friday.
• Ramadan delivery: Extended hours during Ramadan — see our social channels for the schedule.

Delivery Fees

Pickup

Free pickup from any of our four branches. Select "Pickup" at checkout. Orders are usually ready within 1 hour during business hours.

Storage on Receipt

Read each product’s storage notes carefully. Baklava: room temperature, 5 days. Kunafa & cheesecakes: refrigerated, 24–48 hours. Turkish ice cream: −18°C, 30 days. Coffee & tea: cool dry place, 6–12 months.

Returns & Refunds

For food-safety reasons we cannot accept returns of opened or perishable products. If your order arrives damaged, below quality, or incorrect, contact us within 24 hours via WhatsApp with photos for an immediate refund or replacement.

Sealed-packaging items (coffee, tea, chocolate boxes) can be returned unopened within 7 days of delivery in original condition.

Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled before they’re prepared. Once an order has gone to the kitchen for baking, it cannot be cancelled. Contact us via WhatsApp as soon as possible to cancel.
